In the isolated city of Inganock, even the sun is warped. A decade after the 'Revival,' its residents have slowly transformed into half-human, half-animal beings. Only a few still appear fully human, and Guy is one of them. A former medical student turned illegal doctor, he heals the poor for free. Though his exterior remains unchanged, his inner mutation granted him a mysterious power to halt the relentless metamorphosis. His companions—if you can call them friends—include Atty, a black-steel cat girl, and Salem, a medical school friend he reunites with after ten years. The story truly begins when he meets Keea, a little girl with pink eyes.
