In The Empress of Aeser, a narrative adventure, you play as Tetrine Reish, born with the rare ability to see magic—a power that got you killed last winter during the events of Asher. But you got better. Sort of. Now you work for a woman named Kalevel, seeking a cure to lift her sister's curse. The catch? Her sister is the Empress' Shadow, a twisted automaton forever serving the previous empress, bent on resurrecting a dark old empire. The Shadow wants you dead, but you don't hold it against her—she can't help what she was made to be.
