Seiji is back to his hometown and Aoi, his old friend, Akane, his classmate, and Hinano, his younger sister help him move to his new house. All of a sudden, a girl falls down his room. Her name is Chocolat and she is a magical girl, according to her. She casts magic to repair the roof of his house, but it fails and all of them become able to use magic instead.... Also, Seiji's body changes and he can't stop chasing girls. To get back to normal, he needs a full-fledged magical girl, but there is none. Seiji finally makes up his mind to train one of them to become a full-fledged magical girl....
