Following the triumph of the original Hope's Peak Academy, the institution expanded with several new campuses. To celebrate this growth within the Ultimate generation, a special cruise trip was organized for all Ultimate students. Norika Kobayashi, the Ultimate [talent unknown], boards the ship with her two best friends, ready to meet fellow Ultimates and step out of her comfort zone. But with a sea of despair on the horizon, what could possibly go wrong?
