Pieta ~Shiawase no Aoi Tori~

In the early Shōwa era, a missionary family arrives in a mountain village, hoping to lead the locals away from archaic traditions through modernization and the Gospel. But the village, ruled for centuries by the Gohara clan, fiercely resists change. The missionary and his wife fall ill, losing everything to the Goharas. Their two remaining daughters are taken in as servants, only to face a storm of hatred and jealousy.
