38-man Kilo no Kokuu

After a catastrophic atomic war between the USA and Soviet Union in the 1990s, Earth fell into chaos and devastation. Humanity didn't begin to recover until the mid-21st century, with Earth nearly abandoned. Powerful nations focused on space colonization, led by the American-founded National Space Colonized Association (NSCA). Their Space Colony (SC) project was a towering structure, akin to the mythical Tower of Babel. The protagonist returns to this colony after prolonged space travels, soon embroiled in a complex struggle between countries and political factions.
