Yamitsuki!

The protagonist has a delicate, feminine face, a trait his childhood friend Tsuzuki Mikoto teases him about daily. He decides to confess to the school's most beautiful girl, Minomura Tsukasa, but his love letter mistakenly falls into the hands of Yagami Kihiro, the yakuza boss's only daughter, who becomes obsessively in love with him. After escaping her relentless advances, he successfully confesses to Tsukasa—only to discover she fell for him when he cross-dressed at last year's school festival. Now she forces him into women's clothing. Surrounded by two twistedly affectionate girls, their chaotic chase begins.
