In the world of Avilion, where swords, magic, and traditions reign, a centuries-long war against evil witches once ended in human victory. Now, hundreds of years later, the witches threaten to rise again. Allen, a peaceful village boy who lost his parents long ago, is drawn into the forest with his friends by a mysterious aube he's worn since childhood. There, they find a sword before a massive statue. When they seize it, the statue transforms into a monster, attacking them. This marks the dawn of a new, long-lasting war.
