Star Sand Story 2 is the second entry in the adult detective/mystery series, following the adventures of young amateur detective and nearly professional womanizer, Gengorou Imai. The stage shifts to a countryside boarding house in winter, filled with skiing and other attractions. While Gen enjoys time with the demanding Reiko Honda, shocking news arrives: Eddie, a young foreign family friend, has been stabbed by an unknown assailant. The only clue is strange letters written in blood: H and O. What do they mean? Why would anyone harm the boy? With help from the many beautiful girls at and around the boarding house, Gen launches an investigation to find the criminal.
