A freelance journalist from China.

He finds out that a high-ranking government official is working with the Raksasa Party to hide assets, and infiltrates the Raksasa Party to solidify the evidence.

He gets information from Xiao Yu, but when he is pursued by the Public Security Bureau, he contacts the CIA through Xiao Yu and attempts to defect to the U.S. with the information he has obtained.

Through this process, he meets Ramrowan, Yvet, and the others.
