Ishtar

Protagonist of Route C, a young woman standing in solitude.
She is searching for someone important.
Compared to Ishtar of Route B, she seems rather cold and aloof.

She is actually Shinozuka Mayumi, the sole member of "Criminal" left alive after Code's attack on eXarch's Tokyo Branch. She decided to assume Ishtar's image and personality after the original's death.
