An Illuminator living in the Starshard Beacon. She is the drummer in the super popular band, "Starkiss." She is in charge of choosing the concert locations and the event times… via fortunetelling.

Even the most dim-witted Illuminator can sense a crisis coming after the fall of Starshard Beacon. As her teammates joined the battle, Duskia Jove made the same "fateful" decision just as she did when she joined Starkiss —pick up her Illumiarm and defend the beacon.
