The classmate with a (fake?) Kansai dialect accent who became friends with Reiji the day he transferred due to their similarity in nature. He is perverted and doesn’t mind telling people about it.

A fellow classmate who found a kindred spirit in Reiji and immediately became friends with him. Kengo seems to be the type of person who never left Tsukiyomi-jima Island, since he speaks in a (fake?) Kansai dialect accent. He is perverted and doesn’t mind telling people about it. Whenever Kengo opens his eyes, his keen stare coldly shines like a sharp knife. Having fought against Reiji before, their friendship deepened after they released their feelings through their fists.

Kengo's gentle personality may not be suitable for combat and his "abilities" have not reached their full potential, but his strategic sense in combat is good enough to make up for his fighting strength.
