Jasmine

A retired ParaMail rider who is also Jill's friend. She is the owner of the huge market place in Arzenal called "Jasmine Mall" which sells all kinds of goods she manages to get her hands into. She is also a shrewd businesswoman who takes full advantage of her business monopoly in the island.
