Saitou Hajime

Captain of the Shinsen-gumi Third Corps. He has a keen eye and quick judgment. Nobody in the Shinsen-gumi knows why he covers one of his eyes. He is so skilled with a sword that even Hijikata and Okita acknowledge his superiority.
