She is the aunt of the main character Wataru and the younger sister of his mother. She is a serious person who respects the rituals and customs of the village. She has been quietly carrying out the old traditions (lewd customs) in the secluded Mekagemura village.

She unknowingly seduces her nephew with her ripe and voluptuous body, rather she was under the impression that Wataru is not old enough to be interested in women's bodies. She soon realizes that her nephew, though small in size, has already started seeing her as a woman.

Hogami is starting to realize the gravity of the situation regarding the village's secret.
