A preacher at the church who Talas notes as being "pretty" and "charismatic." He is worshipped by his followers.

His real name is Kokuma (コクマー), and he is a "Houseki". He worships Zodiac, one of the "Origin Gods" who fell from heaven after eating humans. Years later, he does the same thing that his god once did before him.
