A police inspector who was in charge of security for the opening ceremony. He is calm, collected, and slightly uptight. Nonetheless, he is very clever and observant. He prides himself on emotionally detached analysis and sweet shades. He is so absolutely confident in his judgement, that he is not often willing to listen to others.
