She's a good person, but when her financial life is threatened she can change in a heartbeat. She actually has been working for the Mamiyas in order to find a way to rob the estate which she may coerce Sawatari into helping her. Despite her greediness and laziness Sachie can also be honorable and she is the only person who can help both Sawatari and Mitarai leaves the mansion together alive.
