StarCream is a magical girl who always confronts her battles with a smile.

StarCream was first shown to be a fictional character from a manga series that Celeste likes, but in a secret game event, you can encounter her. StarCream claims to know Neo and that she knew she'd find her one day. It's also implied that she knows Celeste and Emilia. One of her sprites is an unfinished skecth which implies that StarCream is a scrapped character.
