An ancient, magical being predating Creation itself that once commanded the raging seas at the dawn of time. Its appearance is that of a colossal serpent, large enough to coil about entire continents with ease. His size prevents him entry to Tokyo Babel, which led him to take up residence within the now-submerged depths of Hell.
