Victoria was born in Havenwood, the only child of Robert and Caroline Cooper. She grew up across the street from Lucas Harper, her best friend who became her first and only boyfriend. In school, she was a model student and good girl, active in clubs and sports.

While Victoria studied economics at Havenwood University, Lucas left for Southbrook Technical College. University life broadened Victoria’s horizons—she made new friends, met people from around the world, and even went to the occasional party.

After graduation, she reunited with Lucas and worked at Blue Creek Bank in Havenwood. But she couldn’t shake the feeling that small-town life felt limiting. Seeking more, she decided to move to Big City and live with her flamboyant high school friend, Katy. Victoria isn’t afraid of trying new things or seizing opportunities; she has an unfulfilled appetite for success, passion, love, and lust.
