Cecil Romano IV

Cecil Romano IV (aka The Baron) is a crime lord, vampire, and the leader of Clan Baron. He is the youngest member of The Council, having been born in 1882. Much of his power and influence was gained during the American Prohibition Era, leading to him becoming "the single most powerful mobster in New York City" by 1919. He has little interest in Your Character's affairs, unless they affect his own, and refers to her as "Adrian's little tart."
