Lou is a young woman with the fifth-stage psionic abilities, bordering on fourth-stage. Her power is telekinesis. She lives in Termitary, a part of New Paris, where only genetically unstable people live. After graduating from the co-ed boarding facility number two, she didn't get a job right away and for some time couldn't find one that would satisfy her. However, due to her poor financial situation, she decided to try to get into the Assistance Corps.
