Based on Ivan the Terrible, who was the Grand Prince of Moscow from 1533 to 1547 and Tsar of All the Russias from 1547 until his death. Ivan managed countless changes in the progression from a medieval state to an empire and emerging regional power, and became the first ruler to be crowned as Tsar of All the Russians.

The hero ruling the harsh lands of Russia. Ivan was born a super sadist who takes joy in inflicting pain on others and torturing them for her amusement. While she favors Rasputin due to her tenacity that lets her survive any punishments given, Ivan feels irritated seeing her get more ecstatic after each one.

Since all the Russian citizens are masochists, that makes Ivan the most ideal ruler in a sense.
