伊能 忠敬

Based on Inou Tadataka, born February 11, 1745, who was a Japanese surveyor and cartographer. He is known for completing the first map of Japan created using modern surveying techniques.

Inou's hobby is collecting infromation and is known to be very good at getting it. She also wants to make an accurate map of the world.
