A talented magician (the normal kind who does magic tricks) from the kingdom of Viern. The type of person who goes out of his way to make crying children smile, he's popular with the locals. However, he seems to keep his distance despite how friendly and welcoming he is.

After seeing Ciel get into an argument with her companions, Ais "steals" her away to give her a change of pace and cheer her up.
