佐竹 建造

A grizzled veteran of the force who works in Field Ops Team 2. He was responsible for most of the intial groundwork on the X-Day incidents, and used to be Mineo Enomoto's superior.

He looks gruff on the outside, but he's fair, and has a soft side if he opens up.
