Freya's partner, Claude is a young man from Donai village who has received training to be the dragonmaster. But even though he has done his training, he has yet gained a partner - until the village chief permitted him to participate in a ritual to meet a dragon and he trekked into the depths of the forest to search for his own partner. He found her under a large tree: a cute dragon girl named Freya.
