In World's Odyssey's storyline, Lily is an NPC character that serves as princess of Heartis, the realm's most famous kingdom. However, Arata and Shiina soon realize that there's more than meets the eye to her. After watching Shiina fight with her Buggy in battle, Lily asks Shiina to help save her father, the king of Heartis.

Her real name is Yamamura Yurisa (山村 百合紗).
