Owner of Miira shop, a mysterious shop that "sells everything" in ward 13.

Later in the story, it's revealed that Miira is the only survivor of the "Vanished Mountain" incident caused by Mirai's power, suffered from only an enormous burn on his side.

His name "Miira", which means mummy, originates from Mirai, after seeing him fully covered with bandages.
