A girl that randomly appears behind our protagonist and glomps or tackles him. Keiji claims to not know her, but she seems to suggest otherwise.

Given her cheerfulness and playful demeanor, Chizumi is very gullible and will listen to Keiji's orders and follow them to the dot.
