The main character and protagonist of the game and the character the player controls. Being somewhat insensitive and cold plus having been voted to be his school's 'Chairman of Conduct', Haruki has been mis-nicknamed 'The Devil Chairman' although in truth he's actually kinda thoughtful but lazy. He once knew Maho as a child, he forgot about her when she moved away, thus enraging Maho when the two meet again at a park near Haruki's school.
