Cynic

This character acts in a cynical way, showing contempt for accepted standards of honesty or morality by one's actions, especially by actions that exploit the scruples of others. It has little to no relation to Greek philosophy cynicism.

A cynical person believes that only selfishness motivates human actions and disbelieves in or minimizes selfless acts or disinterested points of view.
