Tekkou

Tekkou or tekou are the fingerless gloves that are connected through a ring in the middle finger, that's most commonly seen worn by ninjas, martial artists, monks, samurai, dancers etc. for protection, comfort and sometimes fashion.

It literally translates to "covering for the back of the hand and wrist"
