大塚 明夫

Ootsuka Akio, born November 24, 1959, is a Japanese actor and voice actor from Tokyo. He is affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He is the son of the late voice actor Ootsuka Chikao. Married once to Soumi Yoko from 2005 to 2008.
