The Free Sound Project

Freesound is collaborative database of audio snippets, samples, recordings, bleeps, etc. released under Creative Commons licenses that allow their reuse. Currently they use three licenses for their files: zero (cc0), attribution (by) and attribution noncommercial (by-nc).
