Oyakusoku Love

Main character is an ordinary student. One day a fortune teller claims that there are multiple red threads of fate entangled about the protagonist. In order to break free he needs to spend the night of his next birthday with the special person he likes. The boy does not take it seriously, but a series of fateful encounters makes him think otherwise. He only has three months left till his birthday.
