Late one night, Matsumoto Tetsuya, an average prep school student, picks up a strange card.
He takes it home, ready to call it a night—when something jolts him awake.
Standing before him, tiny and proud, is a self-proclaimed "magical girl" named Saly, who just popped out of the card.
She claims she can grant him three wishes.
Naturally, his first wish is simple: "I want to meet a cute girl!"
But... things don’t go as planned.
