May, 1996: established themselves as stock company AQUA.
1997: changed their name to current AQUAPLUS.
May, 1999: established F.I.X. RECORDS, a music subsidiary.
November 13th, 2013: acquired by YUME(no)SORA HOLDINGS.
February 1st, 2022: funder Shimokawa Naoya steps down as the company's representative director/CEO and is replaced by Noda Minoru (野田 稔). Shimokawa becomes an operating officer/COO.
December 9th, 2022: acquired by CREST Inc. (HIKE Inc. from February 2023).
August 4th, 2025: transferred to YUKE'S Co.,Ltd. after HIKE's withdrawal from Pole To Win group.
