Yume Miru Egoist

Shunsuke lives in a school boarding house, but when his parents go on an extended summer vacation trip, he returns to his parents' home to take care of his twin stepsisters, who are much younger than him.

He is very fond of his sisters and is very much looking forward to spending time with them. They enthusiastically greet him with the same smiles they've always shown him, but he doesn't notice the sly glint in their eyes.
