A legendary killer who appears out of nowhere. He wears a tattered costume that was once an amusement park mascot. Cruel and violent. Uses a grotesque jackhammer as a weapon.

There are two Nephilims. This one is a hallucination caused by the drug "Virus" that induces violence and self-mutilation in victims, emulating the Nephilim murders. The other is Fushicho Kagura, who drugs these victims.
