At a dead end, I desperately fought a horde of zombies alongside my friend, until a man opened the door of the adjacent building and saved us at the last moment. Turns out he's the curator of the Natural History Museum we're in... He even generously offered us shelter for the night, until it’s safe to leave in the morning. I'm so moved that there are still good people in this wrecked world... But wait—why am I taking a midnight guided tour with him, complete with pop quizzes?! Man, school being out was the one good thing about the apocalypse... How is he so motivated to share knowledge when we're at the end of the world? 'Proceed with caution,' he says.
